I specialize in helping clients with ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Trauma, Addiction (including support for families with a loved one struggling with addiction), Anger Management, Parenting struggles, Isolation, Relationship problems, Mood disorders, Personality disorders, and more. I also offer marriage and family counseling, providing support for couples and families facing various challenges. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults, helping them learn skills to cope with life's stressors. With experience in utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I can assist you through stress, anxiety, depression, anger, frustration, family and marriage conflicts, work stress, trauma, grief, and addiction. My approach is to meet you where you are, offering flexibility and adapting the process to best meet your needs. During our first session, we'll focus on understanding your current challenges and developing a plan together to address them. My goal is to help you create an action plan that can be updated as needed. We'll work as a team, ensuring full transparency and collaboration throughout your treatment. As a social worker, my greatest strength is my compassion and ability to listen. I seek out resources and am always willing to help my clients succeed in any way I can.
