Hello and thank you for seeking out my services. I aim to offer therapy to clients who are living with anxiety brought on by everyday life and who are looking for ways to manage it. Additionally, I serve young adults with autism who want to learn independence and other vital life skills. I also provide services for people of color and am passionate about bringing mental healthcare and education to communities of color and other marginalized groups. My preferred modalities are CBT and Motivational Interviewing, and I operate from a strength-based perspective. I offer exclusively virtual services to expand my network to all within the state of Texas. I am an openly autistic therapist licensed in Texas, holding a Master’s in Social Work from the University of North Texas. I am incredibly passionate about empowerment for people of color, especially those navigating life with autism and other disabilities. I am fully committed to working deeply and authentically with those who seek out my services.
