Aubrey really understands and takes your feelings into account, while helping you in her best ways. Overall the best therapist, super caring, supportive, funny, down to earth, and has an amazing heart.
It has been so difficult for me to find a therapist that I can connect with. Aubrey helped me to feel comfortable right away. I was really able to open up and deal with my past trauma. I do not know where I would be without Aubrey's help.
Aubrey is a fantastic Therapist who has helped me through my darkest of times, wonderful person to speak to and just let it all out, shes very down to earth and understanding, and a wonderful individual
I have had an excellent experience so far with Aubrey as a mental health provider. Her patience, commitment and understanding are unsurpassed. Working with Aubrey has helped me on many levels. It is very difficult to find someone that is willing to take the time to try different techniques in therapy and Aubrey truly does that based on her extensive experience and knowledge. Since working with her I feel a big difference in myself and always look forward to our weekly sessions.
Aubrey has made such a great difference in my life. This is my first time in therapy and I couldn’t be happier, I wish I sought it sooner. I never thought I would build such a strong connection with someone that I meet with weekly. She makes it very easy for me to tell her everything that I’m struggling with and she helps me work through it all. I’m so grateful for her work and I highly recommend her!
