What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer a client-centered approach to therapy. Drawing from my diverse training in clinical counseling, community mental health and substance use treatment I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My therapeutic style involves guiding you through a journey of self-discovery based on your goals, using honest and direct feedback along with skill-based techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other skill-based treatment to support healing.
