I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over five years experience in private practice and a background of over 30 years experience as a school counselor. I work with adolescents 12yrs and above and adults helping them move through anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other issues with support and care. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just need someone to talk to, I'm here to help you find your way forward.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrative and tailored to my client's unique individual needs. My role is a facilitator of my client's healing journey. I believe that each person has the power to fulfill their ideal potential through empowerment, increased self awareness and the identification of unhealthy behavioral patterns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences and feelings are fully heard. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brings you to therapy, and identifying your goals and priorities. I’ll explain my approach, answer any questions you have, and begin collaboratively developing a plan tailored to your needs. My aim is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we start the process of healing and growth together.
