I never felt rushed or dismissed. She hears me without judgement and helps navigate me toward resolving things. I appreciate her transparency, and have come to rely on her wisdom. This has been an exceedingly hard time in my life, but Audra has make it manageable, despite the continuous road blocks that have seemed to present themselves. Getting to know Audra Kennedy

I believe in the importance of treating the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. My approach is empowering you to make your own decisions, helping you set your own goals, and walking with you on your journey to health. I specialize in women's issues, including self-image, hormonal changes, and sexual concerns such as desire issues, pain, and trauma. I also address relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief & loss for both males and females. With a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Richmont Graduate University, I am committed to partnering with you on your journey to mental health and wellness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After getting acquainted with each other, I will partner with you to set goals, educate you about the specifics of what may be happening in your body and/or brain and walk with you on the journey to be the person you want to be. The number of sessions varies from person to person and I prefer to see you every week or every other week until we get to a maintenance phase where we taper to once a month and then every few months depending on your needs.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Audra has brought me out of a dark place. Not only is she my therapist but she gives me advice like a mom I never had. I am grateful for the time I get with her. She has so much wisdom.
I can't pick just 2! Audra is open and honest, getting me to look at situations from different perspectives. She makes me feel like a friend, but unlike many friends, she is not afraid to tell me things I might not want to hear. She is kind and caring, and somehow remembers everything! She is freaky! LOL! I have recommended her to many people and have never had anyone say she isn't awesome! She is amazing and even on bad days, I look forward to her thoughts when we talk!
She is very kind and patient!
