Additionally, I hold certification as a Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapists. My therapeutic approach combines Client-centered therapy, DBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Yoga. I remain committed to ongoing professional development for ethical, evidence-based care. Beyond my work, I cherish nature, tend to herbs and plants, and indulge in fiber arts like sewing, embroidery, and spinning. Yoga is both my anchor and a valuable tool.
