“For transparency, I have only had one session so far with Audrey- but I can already tell that she is going to be a great fit for my healing journey! Looking forward to all of our future sessions already. She is very attentive, understanding, gives appropriate reactions and is incredibly easy to talk to! She is also not overbooked which is awesome since I need more frequent sessions. ????”

“Audrey was a great listener and she's around my age so it felt like she could relate and understand me more. She made for a safe and open environment and I could tell she's trying to piece together information and create a gameplan customized for myself. Two sessions in and she seems awesome.”

Getting to know Audrey Sarto

I think one of the most beautiful aspects of life is the human capacity to heal and grow from life's challenges. I am passionate about working with individuals who have been disempowered by society, focusing on life transitions, childhood trauma, intergenerational trauma, family of origin issues, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, people pleasing, and attachment issues. With a Master's in Social Work from California State University, I offer an open-minded, easy-going, and supportive approach to help you navigate life's stressors and find purpose in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Using a mixture of somatics, psychoanalytic, attachment, and cognitive behavioral techniques, I’ll help you understand your symptoms so that you can develop practical skills to heal them at the root. Through thoughtful conversation and actionable tools, I aim to guide you towards discovering and embodying your truth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I value authenticity in my relationships with clients: I’m a real human who’s experienced a low point and emerged with a renewed purpose. No confusing psychobabble over here, just someone who deeply cares and serves as your supportive guide. I’d be honored to support your therapeutic journey.

I could not recommend working with Audrey more. She not only made sure that I was well tended to before and after my treatment but was highly attentive to my experience, providing an atmosphere that made me feel extremely safe and comfortable throughout. As someone who struggles with anxiety this is of utmost importance and I will attest that Audrey went above and beyond to cater to those needs.
Just from my first appointment with Audrey I feel heard and understood. She is very easy to talk to, friendly and makes things very comfortable. I highly recommend her. Her therapeutic approach and plan is very easy to follow.
