Getting to know Aurelia Erivynn

I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) as well as a licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC). After completing training in Community Counseling at The College of New Jersey, I began practicing first in 1996. I took a break from counseling in 2002 to pursue business interests and re-entered the field of counseling in 2014. In addition to caring for patients through MDLIVE, I have experience practicing in a community agency, working with patients with co-occurring substance abuse disorders with mental health at an inpatient facility, and working with adult male prison populations in sex offense. I have also most recently returned from living abroad in the Philippines where I worked through a local agency with local and expat residents as well as internationally. My strengths are in anxiety, navigating through life transitions, self-esteem issues, raising mindfulness in daily life, spiritual awareness and growth, and creating a healthy work/life balance. I am also a health coach and passionate about the wholistic connection between mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. I am an English speaker only. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation.
