What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely understood, accepted, and supported. As a bilingual therapist offering services in both English and Spanish, I recognize how important it is to feel comfortable expressing yourself in the language that feels most natural to you. I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and an understanding that everyone’s experiences and healing journey are unique. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, substance use concerns, or difficult life transitions, we’ll work together to explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment will be a brief consultation call where we can discuss what you’re looking for in therapy, answer any questions, and determine whether we’re a good fit. From there, our initial sessions will focus on getting to know you, understanding your experiences, and identifying your personal goals for therapy. I use a collaborative and individualized approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and psychodynamic therapy to help you explore patterns, process emotions, and develop healthier ways of navigating challenges. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly reflect on your progress and adjust our approach to support your continued growth, healing, and well-being.
