I am currently licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) in the state of Texas. Additionally, I hold LPC licensure in both Louisiana and Wisconsin. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Walden University. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from various modalities to best meet the unique needs of each individual or couple I work with. This flexible approach ensures I can address the diverse challenges clients face while remaining deeply committed to fostering healing through understanding their stories. I work with individuals aged 15 and up, specializing in addictions, premarital, marital, LGBTQ, and couples counseling. With over 10 years of experience, I have supported clients diagnosed with major depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other trauma-related emotional dysregulation.
