What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapeutic interventions and skills can work wonders-but only if they fit how your brain works! I want to know-Are you a visual or auditory thinker? Or maybe you experience your thoughts like a 3-D movie? Where do you experience emotions in your body? Are you stuck repeating habits and routines that drain you versus restore your mental health? I want to get to know your struggles, but also how you experience them in your mind, body, and soul.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding a therapist who is a good fit is essential for therapeutic healing and growth. I hope to build a relationship with you where you feel safe, cared for, and heard. At the start of therapy, we will explore what brings you to therapy, gather some background information, and agree on areas of focus. Let's get started!
