Ava Griffiths, LCSW

Psychotherapist
GA
Hello, I'm Ava, and I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, loved, accepted, and not judged for their thoughts and feelings. In therapy, my primary goal is to provide a safe and judgment-free space where you can share and explore those underlying thoughts and feelings that cause unrest or angst within your soul. I look beyond what is presented at the surface and might explore environmental, spiritual, and relational factors to help you find balance and peace. Let's explore what works for you to bring you back to the self and equilibrium that the universe intended. I am honest, direct, yet mindful of where you are in your process. If you seek a neutral voice, then I am here; however, if you seek to be told only what you want to hear, we might not be a good fit. Unfortunately, I do not offer support with the following and will explore on a case-by-case basis: court-ordered therapy, couples/marital therapy, assessments/letters for emotional support animals, FMLA matters (requiring working together for at least 60 days), child custody issues, and work and disability issues. I look forward to being a part of your journey and seeing you through the process towards your end goal. Let's get started!
