Often people come to me when they want their lives to change but are unsure how or where to begin. I am very passionate about helping people transform their relationships, careers, and habits to create a more meaningful and intentional life. I hold a Master's in Counseling from the University of Arkansas, which equips me with the skills to support my clients effectively. My ideal client is someone motivated to change and open to feedback and different perspectives. Most of my clients' goals include reducing depression and anxiety, improving self-esteem, decreasing people-pleasing tendencies, learning to set boundaries, and processing past trauma. I am also specifically passionate about helping women leave toxic or abusive relationships.
