For over 25 years, I’ve been guided by a simple social work principle: starting where the client is. I believe that life’s biggest challenges - transitions, chronic health issues, caregiving, and other stressors-don't have a "one size fits all" solution. My approach is centered entirely on you & the unique hurdles you’re facing. Beyond the therapy room, I’ve worn many hats—from direct support to managing large-scale programs & consulting on how to make child welfare systems run more humanely. You’ll often find me volunteering with my therapy dog, Eli, or finding my own peace of mind while camping, at the beach, or crafting at home.

My goal is to help you find gratitude in the small moments & build the connections you need to thrive. We are all uniquely ununique - but in today's society, the idea, stress, & pressure of everything being or looking perfect can be crippling.
