Getting to know Ayesha Noel-Smith

My approach to therapy is client centered with an integration of Eclectic Therapy. Each person presents with a unique set of challenges that requires an integrative approach. My experience encompasses working with struggling couples, women with trauma, college students, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, stress management, cultural issues, trauma, and life transitions.
