My own personal journey has fueled my commitment to helping others, and I have dedicated my education and career to empower individuals to discover their authentic selves and purpose. As a Mental Health Counselor and EMDR therapist, I believe that the answers to a person's struggles lie within themselves, and I strive to create a safe environment where they can begin to heal from the underlying core issues that lead to destructive behaviors.

My greatest strengths as a mental health counselor are my empathy, compassion, patience, professional knowledge and expertise, and ethical integrity. My empathetic nature allows me to connect deeply with clients and understand their unique experiences, while my compassionate approach creates a supportive and nurturing therapeutic environment. Patience enables me to work alongside clients at their own pace, offering steady guidance and encouragement as they navigate their challenges. My professional knowledge and expertise ensure I use evidence-based practices tailored to each individual's needs, providing the highest quality care. Above all, my ethical integrity establishes a foundation of trust and respect in the therapeutic relationship, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of practice.
