Getting to know Bailey Foster

Reaching out for help takes a lot of courage, but I believe that taking steps to understand your own story is one of the bravest things you can do. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University, which has equipped me to create meaningful and authentic relationships with each of my clients. My goal is to ensure they feel safe and comfortable when sharing their story.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with young women in their 20s and 30s suffering from complex trauma, childhood sexual trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, and identity issues. Additionally, I work with couples, adolescents, and individual adults both male and female. I use a Person-Centered and Psychodynamic approach with an emphasis on attachment to help my clients better understand how their past may be shaping present behaviors.
