Therapy with me is a space to slow down and make sense of what’s been weighing on you, whether that’s relationship issues, life transitions, self-doubt, or just feeling stuck. Together, we can explore what’s underneath the surface and start making meaningful shifts so life feels less like something you’re managing and more aligned with how you want to be living.

What should a new client know about working with you?

While my approach is grounded in CBT and DBT, my method is collaborative and shaped by what’s actually happening in your life. I offer a warm space where you can feel understood while also working through what feels most important in the moment. I balance reflection and skill-building to help create change that feels practical and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own or being the one others rely on. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, even just finding my profile is a major step. This is a space where you’ll be heard, understood, and gently challenged. When you’re ready, I’d love to meet.
