While my approach is grounded in CBT and DBT, my method is collaborative and shaped by what’s actually happening in your life. I offer a warm space where you can feel understood while also working through what feels most important in the moment. I balance reflection and skill-building to help create change that feels practical and sustainable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own or being the one others rely on. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin, even just finding my profile is a major step. This is a space where you’ll be heard, understood, and gently challenged.
