Psychotherapist

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to meet you with curiosity, warmth, and respect. I’m a relational and psychodynamic therapist who works with individuals navigating mental health challenges, relationship dynamics, and the everyday pressures of life. Together, we’ll create a space where you can feel understood and supported as we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what might be possible. My approach My approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll explore both your present concerns and the deeper patterns or experiences that may be shaping them. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one where you can show up fully, be met with compassion, and gain insight into yourself and your relationships. I believe healing happens through safe, authentic connection, and I strive to create a space where you feel deeply seen and gently challenged. Each session is adapted to your needs. At times, we may explore childhood experiences or long-standing patterns; other times, we may focus on managing stress, building communication tools, or navigating life transitions. I also bring in elements of mindfulness, boundary work, and emotional regulation strategies when helpful. Above all, I work to honor your pace and your goals, offering a steady therapeutic relationship as we make sense of what you’re carrying and where you’d like to go. My focus I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward—whether in their relationships, their mental health, or their sense of self. Many of my clients are navigating big transitions, stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or relational conflict. Others are processing experiences that shaped them in the past but continue to show up in the present. Some are high-functioning externally, yet quietly exhausted or stuck internally. You may not have all the words yet for what’s going on—that’s okay.
