What is your typical process for working with clients?

I want to help you break free from old cycles, nurture self-love, and begin shedding the layers of trauma that have kept you from feeling whole. Healing is a journey. Healing is like a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly — it takes time, care, and courage, but the change is beautiful.
