What should a new client know about working with you?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced experience in CBT, DBT, Attachment theory, marriage and family systems. In my private practice I have successfully served children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Texas & Florida, with a strong focus on trauma recovery, adult ADHD, addiction concerns, infidelity repair, and life transitions; with an additional focus on couples.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

With 18 years of experience, my approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I create a safe, nonjudgmental, shame free space where clients feel heard and supported while working toward meaningful change. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, REBT, family systems, emotional processing, and solution-focused strategies, I integrate techniques to best match the individual, couple, or family. My work emphasizes building on client strengths, addressing underlying patterns, and fostering resilience. I believe therapy should be practical, insightful, and empowering—helping clients not only manage challenges like trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and relationship concerns but also develop tools for long-term growth and fulfillment. My goal is to guide clients toward clarity, healing, and the ability to create the quality of life they deserve.
