What should a new client know about working with you?

My style of therapy is conversation based, allowing for the client to feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgment. Most of my clients tell me they feel understood and seen in the space that I provide. I believe that authenticity is extremely important to building a strong therapeutic alliance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me looks different for each client. However most involve curiosity and processing of events/feelings. I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them understand themselves and those closest to them.
