What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that meaningful change begins with developing a deeper understanding and compassion for ourselves. Life can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who we are. My role is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to understand yourself in a deeper way. I enjoy helping people gain greater self-awareness and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we can explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be shaping your life and relationships. Through this process, I hope to help you discover new ways to move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can be honest about what you are experiencing, feel understood, and begin to discover what you need. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself so that you can move forward with greater awareness and self-compassion. If you are looking for a space to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create meaningful change, I would be honored to support you along the way. Please reach out to me today
