You’re used to being the one others count on. From the outside, it looks like you have it all together, but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck. You’ve been moving through life in survival mode, holding your breath and holding it all in. Maybe past experiences have left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or unsure of who you really are. You’re not looking for quick fixes. You want to understand what’s underneath, find real relief, and feel like yourself again. You’re ready to stop just coping and start healing. I specialize in trauma healing, anxiety management, and reconnecting you with your emotions and authentic self. Using EMDR, IFS, and play therapy, I create a personalized, trauma-informed approach that helps adults, young adults, and children move toward lasting healing and emotional strength. You don’t have to carry it all on your own. Therapy can be a place to finally exhale, feel seen, and start to heal. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’ll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and tools that work. When you’re ready, I’m here.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves authentically. My sessions are client-centered, meaning I tailor our work to meet your unique needs while fostering trust and collaboration. Working with me feels supportive, encouraging, and empowering—like having a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges while receiving guidance and tools to help you grow and heal.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I approach goal setting collaboratively, ensuring the process is guided by your values and priorities. Together, we explore what brought you to therapy, identify the changes you hope to see, and transform those goals into manageable, achievable steps. I believe in setting flexible, realistic goals that can evolve as you grow and gain insight throughout the therapeutic process. My role is to support and empower you, helping to track progress and adjust goals as needed to align with your personal journey. During your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where we’ll begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to understand your current challenges, personal history, and goals for therapy. This session is a chance for you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. We’ll also discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and how I can best support you. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood as we start this journey together.
