Barbara Hanna, LMFT

Psychotherapist
NY
As a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Doctor of Couple and Family Therapy and a bachelor's from Drexel University, a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hall University, I am trained to think systemically and work with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with a wide range of presenting problems, such as depression and anxiety, stress related to life transitions (such as marriage, pregnancy, graduation, switching careers, etc.), relationship and family issues, parenting and children-related challenges, trauma, chronic pain, and more. I especially have extensive experience working with couples' and parenting issues. Over the years, I have helped many couples overcome relationship challenges, including communication difficulties, infidelity, sexual issues, and more. I have also worked with many families, supporting parents in overcoming issues with their children, both young and adult. I provide a safe space to explore and change unhelpful patterns in your life, achieve your goals, and reach your full potential. I believe everyone is different, and I can help you find what works best for you.
