I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State University. As a certified trauma therapist, I believe that combining techniques from trauma-informed, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral interventions is the best way to help you overcome limiting beliefs so you can become a better version of yourself.
