What should a new client know about working with you?

As your therapist, I strive to create an environment that centers around acceptance and one free of judgment. Compassion is a primary element within my approach. Not only will you experience it from me as your therapist, but you will learn ways in how to achieve it towards yourself. It is here where I believe you can open yourself up towards growth. A sense of safety and security is not only a requirement with your clinician, but it is also vital to achieve within yourself. I approach each session with an understanding that the needs of a client is just as unique as they are. Therapy should be viewed with the same respect. Incorporating an integrative approach to therapy, you will experience a diverse incorporation of theoretical modalities and interventions. Adhering to the mantra that my clients are the experts of themselves, I seek out a collaborative partnership and value the therapeutic alliance. What you can expect from me as your therapist is someone who will advocate for your wellness.
