Helping my clients learn to “unlock” their issues; develop healthy strategies and coping skills to reduce their symptoms; and improve their overall quality of life is my primary focus. It is important to consider clients' personal background and experiences to tailor therapy to meet their needs and goals alongside empowering clients to take an active role in therapy.
