TX
I am passionate, motivated, and deeply interested in helping others. I am ex-military, an edu-dual military member, and a dependent wife with children. I have experience assisting with military issues, depression, parenting challenges, marriage counseling, individual sessions, anxiety, grief, trauma, drug abuse and use, PTSD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and other mental health concerns. I provide both virtual and in-person counseling. My expertise includes anger management, behavioral issues, coping skills, stress, emotional disturbances, parenting issues, women's and men's issues, drug-related problems, concurrent disorders, relationship challenges, oppositional defiance, bipolar and borderline disorders, child and adolescent behaviors, mood disorders, and criminal addictive behaviors. I have worked with a wide variety of behaviors and draw from diverse experiences. Being ex-military makes me well-rounded and uniquely equipped to understand and support you, even if I haven't faced the exact same issues. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University, which further strengthens my ability to provide compassionate, effective care.
