I work with adults, seniors, and adolescents who are navigating emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Compassionate, empathic, and solution-focused therapy for teens, adults, seniors, and families. Life’s changes—whether expected or sudden—can bring challenges that feel overwhelming. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you, gain a fresh perspective, and begin identifying more effective ways of coping with stress, loss, and life transitions.
