What should a new client know about working with you?

Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. I know reaching out for help can feel like a big step, and my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 29 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs, strengths, and goals. I specialize in autism and ADHD evaluations for children and adults, as well as ADHD treatment, trauma therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family therapy, marriage counseling, and child-parent therapy. Whether you're seeking a diagnosis, working through anxiety or trauma, improving relationships, or navigating a life transition, I strive to provide practical, evidence-based care that helps you move forward with confidence. As the father of a daughter with profound autism, I understand firsthand the challenges families face when navigating diagnoses, services, schools, and everyday life. This personal experience allows me to bring empathy, compassion, and real-world understanding to the families I serve. I am also a proud Army veteran, and the values of service, integrity, and resilience continue to shape the care I provide. I enjoy working with veterans, military families, first responders, and anyone looking for support during difficult times. I believe every person deserves to feel understood and empowered. It would be an honor to work with you and help you build on your strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
