As a counselor, my goal is to provide support as you go through life's many challenges. Together we can work through managing your emotions, healing from past trauma, or navigating through difficult life transitions. We can also work on healing your relationship by overcoming any barriers your relationship is facing, learning new communication techniques, or rebuilding broken trust. I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to open up and discover new emotions, thought processes, or change unhealthy behavior patterns.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I received my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Arizona. I pride myself on being flexible and person-centered. I use evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused, and EFT for couples work. I am also certified in trauma therapy.

Through virtual appointments, I offer a convenient and comfortable way to help my clients achieve their personal and relational goals from wherever they are. I have a strong passion for the work that I do and look forward to the opportunity to work together.
