Hi there! My name is Bayley Johnson and I counsel individuals and couples who are seeking relief from grief/loss, trauma, self-sabotaging behavior, and other difficult life transitions. Whether you are experiencing these events by yourself or with a partner, I can help you let go of the pain, depression, anger, and anxiety that holds you back from living your best life possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to practice a style of therapy that is "conversational" in its approach. I value kindness, honesty, and growth above all else. Getting to the root of problems, as well as giving my patients tools they need to avoid future pitfalls, is of great importance to me.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you complete your complementary phone consultation with me, an initial appointment date will be set. You will also receive your new patient paperwork prior to your first day. At your first appointment, I will listen carefully, ask you questions, and offer observations - which will help me design a customized treatment plan for you.
