Hello, my name is Bayley Malicki. Over the past few years, I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I am now independently licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Prior to deciding to be a therapist, I was a School Counselor for seven years in Indiana, Hawaii, and Ohio. I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and adults, and I truly enjoy helping people identify their strengths and work toward their personal goals. I believe that everyone already has the answers they are searching for within themselves. My role is to provide a non-judgmental, genuine, and empathetic space where those answers can be explored, uncovered, and put into action.
