Getting to know Beata Pezacka

Healing begins here. Healing is a beautiful, intimate, and vulnerable journey that doesn't have a finish line. We keep growing. Keep learning. One day at a time. Many of my clients come to me seeking balance in their lives, struggling with connection, and feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking. Some are working on learning how to love themselves, rebuild trust, or improve intimacy and connection to have better relationships with themselves and others. Others want to resolve past hurts, process grief, or heal from trauma. If any of this resonates, know that you're not alone, and taking this step is a powerful act of courage. I hold an MSEd in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Hunter College, which informs my holistic approach. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey using trauma-informed, person-centered treatment, psychodynamic, attachment, and schema therapy. I also utilize techniques from DBT and CBT, which have proven effective in helping clients build skills to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and feel more focused, happy, and present in their lives. Together, we'll focus on finding the tools and insights you need to create the connections and life you desire. At this time, I'm accepting both in-person and virtual clients. I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and families and would be honored to discuss your specific needs and goals.
