She is the president and founder of Triumph Steps and the author of Triumph: A Curriculum for All Schools and Universities. Beatriz is also the Co-Founder of Healthy Connections, a community mental health center that has operated in Miami since 2001 and was named the best mental health service in Miami-Dade in 2023. Before opening Healthy Connections, Beatriz ran a private practice where she led her patients to self-discovery and personal growth using positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and meditation. What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process begins with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your specific needs. I work with clients through a structured 12-week program that focuses on emotional literacy, healing, and transformation. Each session is designed to help you address current challenges, gain insights into your past, and build skills for a triumphant future. After completing the 12-week program, we will assess if additional sessions or treatments are necessary to ensure ongoing progress and support.
