"Hello, my name is Beau. Thank you for taking the time to read more about me to determine if we are a good fit to work together. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a genuine commitment to helping you achieve your goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and validated. I attended Indiana Wesleyan University for my Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. During that time, I enlisted in the United States Military in the Indiana Army National Guard, serving in an Infantry unit. Later, I pursued my passion for helping others by attending the Indiana University School of Social Work, where I earned my Master's in Social Work at Purdue Fort Wayne. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience working with families, completing assessments, and referring to community resources. For the past five years, I have been providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples. My specialties include working with addiction, anger management, ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, military/veteran support, spirituality, stress, anxiety, depression, and intimate/romantic relationships. Whether you're dealing with adjustment disorders, social anxiety, panic disorders, PTSD, or relationship issues, I am here to help you build healthier relationships and improve your overall well-being. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts and feelings. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs, always with the goal of empowering you to make positive changes in your life. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family, including my wife and son. We enjoy long walks and simply hanging out together.
