I am Becka Oberle, a licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in the counseling field. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University Bloomington. My approach is very client-centered, engaging with clients person to person to help them feel comfortable while creating a therapeutic relationship and environment. I am goal-focused and always provide actions and tools to support continuous growth. Throughout my career, I have used many different tools, knowing that not everyone connects in the same way, and thinking outside the box is vital. Three of my dogs have worked with me as trained therapy dogs, and one of my horses has assisted me in equine therapy. I view each person as an individual and use their strengths and talents to help them express themselves and navigate life’s struggles. Understanding that not everyone is most comfortable with talking or writing, I encourage clients to use a drawing journal to express feelings when that method suits them better. As a Christian-based counselor, I offer a faith-based approach at the client’s request, providing added support when desired. I feel truly blessed to have had this career, working with clients of all ages—from starting at the cancer center at Riley Hospital for Children, to a locked unit with juvenile offenders ages 5-11, equine-assisted therapy for at-risk teens, and supporting seniors in long-term care or living at home. I now provide my services from home, adapting to the growing acceptance of remote support, allowing clients to receive help in a comfortable and accessible way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
