Welcome, I'm Becky. Are you finding that the stressors of the world we live in are a bit too much? Are you having trouble deciding what you want from life? Are relationships a struggle for you? Are you feeling depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed? If so, I think I can help. Deciding to seek therapy can be scary, but you have probably made a very good decision. Talking with someone who is unbiased and can truly listen and provide an objective viewpoint can make a world of difference. Friends and family often mean well, but many times they have a hard time sitting with someone who is in pain or struggling. I have over 25 years of experience working with a broad range of clients facing an array of difficulties. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. I work to help my clients who present with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and transition. I especially enjoy working with women and the unique issues that women face throughout their lifespans. I offer all of my clients compassion, acceptance, and respect and work with them to achieve their therapy goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Once we have completed the initial evaluation and identified your therapy needs, we will begin to explore the underlying reasons for the problems you are having. We will work to help you find and embrace your strengths, explore new ways of looking at your identified problems and then problem-solve new ways of tackling those problems. You will no longer be alone in dealing with your problems and stressors.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
