Belinda has worked in the field of Child Welfare for over 15 years and enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a strong belief in strengthening resilience in individuals. Belinda has experience working with mental health, substance use, domestic violence, child abuse, the HIV community, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. She utilizes a strength-based approach to address trauma and trauma-related behaviors. Belinda blends client-centered, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to address depression, anxiety, and other related conditions.

This written feedback is for LifeStance itself. Belinda was great. The process of finally getting to her was not. I was outsourced to LifeStance by Kaiser Permanente. I wasn't called by LifeStance. The only contact was that I was texted to download an app. There was no explanation of who or what it was. I thought it was spam. Then I thought it might possibly be the outsourced referral. When I texted back to ask, of course, there was no human to respond. I finally realized it was probably the referral so I went back to try to sign up for the app BUT it wouldn't work! I'm old and struggling with technology is stressful. I'm already dealing with extreme stress and that didn't help. It took MONTHS to finally connect with Belinda.
Belinda gets an A+, LifeStance gets a D-.
NOW this app won't let me submit unless I check the stars. The 5 star ratings are for Belinda not LifeStance.
