The values that I feel make a good therapist are non-judgmentalism, adaptability, and genuine investment in the client. I work to exemplify these values by providing clients with the tools for the best chance of success, whatever that may mean to the individual. I show the care I have for my clients by providing unconditional empathy while also being a source of accountability. There is a heavy toll that comes with mental health struggles. I seek to validate that and help you recognize the individual that still exists beyond those struggles. My experiences with varying populations and diagnoses have given me a wide range of approaches to draw from in order to help us work collaboratively and find the best pathways for you.
While the specifics of practice vary from client to client, my mission is always the same: to create a safe space where people feel truly seen and empowered to accomplish their goals, fight their battles, and grow in.

Booking an appointment was quick and easy - and I got an amazing therapist. Office was clean and comfortable. Very professional and warm team - and exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend showing up earlier because the building was behind the bank and not obvious from the road you turn off of. But plenty of parking!
