What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brainspotting—a powerful, brain-body-based approach that uses eye positions to help access and process unresolved trauma, emotional blocks, and deeply held stress. This allows us to work beyond just talking, helping your brain and body release what’s been stuck so you can move forward.
