“Benjamin was very easy to talk to. Very understanding and did not judge my situation at all. He kept reminding me that I was in a safe space and gave me time to speak. I felt comfortable talking about my PTSD and some other issues I've been struggling with. He has helped me learn some new coping methods to help me get through my attacks. I highly recommend him.”

I stated over and over again in my paperwork I needed a prescription refill, I talked to the dr an hr and stated over and over I needed a prescription refill, I’m new to this mental health deal I have, I don’t know the difference between a psychiatrist, psychologist or veterinarian I’m sorry. He waited until the end of the session to tell me he can’t refill my prescription he’s not that kind of dr. I wasted my time, I opened up about my sickness which is not easy for me for nothing . Be up front, I wasted my time when I could have found someone who could actually give me what I need , nice guy though, just out for his self
