Hi, I'm Ben. I believe that people do the best with what they have. Trauma, stress, anxiety, and adverse life experiences can, at times, derail us from being our best. My role as a therapist is to help you reach your pinnacle. I always work from a strengths-based and client-centered focus. You are the expert of your own life, but I serve as an agent for change to assist in developing, applying, and supporting your therapeutic growth. With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, including 12 years of direct clinical experience, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of ages and family system dynamics, including foster, adoptive, and extended families. I specialize in working with challenging youth, young adults, and family systems. My extensive experience covers areas such as anger management and emotional regulation, trauma, healthy family dynamics, and transitional youth (ages 18 to 24). I have experience working with children, teenagers, young adults (up to age 35), couples, and families. My goal as a therapist is to help you and your family navigate difficult life situations. Together, we will work to find resiliency to sustain your progress and continue your growth towards your goals. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if I am a good fit for you or your family.
