What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to meet clients where they are. I strive to provide a non-judgmental and productive environment, where we can focus on growth, progress, and improvement. I'm here to help you achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I don't focus on labels such as diagnoses, I try to work with every individual client on what they would like to work on. I will typically provide skills and suggestions for ways to think about situations differently and provide in-session feedback about patterns I am noticing or thoughts I may have. I think therapy is best when it is interactive, not just a patient saying everything that is on their mind with no response.
