What should a new client know about working with you?

When I first meet a client, I assess for current pain points and explore their motivation for therapy. It is important that I understand what it is that my client sees as the priority for treatment. I then work to build a relationship with that person, understanding their culture, background, and personality. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches in my practice. One of the most effective tools I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which recognize the negative thought patterns that keep someone stuck. Together in therapy, we'll work to “unhook” from those unhelpful habits and replace them with healthier, more empowering perspectives. Along the way, we will use clinical assessments to make sure you are making real progress.
