“This was my first time in therapy and Ben (and zocdoc) made it as smooth as possible! I was able to book with Ben and be seen same day, which I’m told is usually not the case. I think Ben was a good fit for me because he didn’t push me to share or try to analyze my relationship with my parents Immediately, he started off easy. I fee confident about continuing therapy with Ben, and if you're curious about it, he’s a great person to ask questions and get a real idea of the work you can do in these sessions. ”

“Ben was really professional and polite, I felt like he listened to my concerns and responded with both care and appropriate referrals as necessary. I’m very picky about therapists honestly, but I’ve had a great experience with Ben so far. He is calm and focused, but also very honest and down to earth. It’s clear he doesn’t want to waste time when we’re in session. I would definitely recommend him. ”

He was an excellent listener. Sometimes all clients need is to express their thoughts and feelings in order to get to the next step. Ben did a great job helping me.
