Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? Like there’s something wrong with you, or that you’re an imposter or a fake in some areas of your life? If any of these statements stirred something within you, I’d love to meet you. My goal as a therapist is to create a space in which you can authentically be yourself, without expectations, judgement, or fear. I aim to help you drop the masks you carry throughout your daily life and connect with that which lies beneath: the truest version of you. I integrate mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, and meditation into my therapeutic practice, and I help my clients connect with the present moment. My therapeutic approach is informed by my clinical training as well as my personal life experiences. I believe there is inherent wisdom in the hardships we experience and that our biggest challenges can also be our greatest teachers. I honor your lived experiences and strive to make our therapy sessions feel safe, comfortable, and uplifting. Whether you’re navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with anxiety, seeking support with stress, or just feeling stuck in general, I’d love to talk with you. I believe therapy is not about fixing, but about walking alongside you as you explore your own unique path of growth and healing. I’m excited to work with you - reach out to me today!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My work with clients emphasizes conscious presence, radical acceptance, and deep listening, allowing you to feel truly seen and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy is not about fixing, but about walking alongside you as you explore your own unique path of growth and healing. I integrate person-centered Rogerian approaches, Buddhist psychology, and concepts from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in kindness, compassion, and authenticity. Some specialties include: anxiety, overthinking, dating & relationships, life transitions, meditation & mindfulness, spirituality, self-acceptance & self-compassion, men’s work / deconstructing toxic masculinity, bilingual therapy (English/Spanish).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Central to my work is cultivating self-compassion and self-acceptance. By fostering an environment of openness and non-judgment, I help you learn to relate to yourself with greater kindness and gentleness. Drawing on my own meditation practice, I weave mindfulness and contemplative awareness into the therapy space, supporting you in cultivating resilience, personal growth, and deeper self-connection. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, always honoring your inherent wisdom and capacity for growth.
