Sometimes life can be overwhelming and complicated, making it hard to see the light beyond the darkness you feel trapped in. I help individuals seek and identify tools and support to navigate these struggles and emerge from that darkness with hope and stability. I hold a MEd in Clinical Professional Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor's degree from Oklahoma Baptist University. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems, and I also incorporate techniques from rational emotive behavior therapy. I have experience providing individual, group, crisis, and family therapies. I am passionate about helping individuals become the best versions of themselves and find hope in the person they could become. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can work through challenges and promote positive exploration and empowerment of yourself.
